The First Egg "Hunt"

This weekend, Jonathan had his first Easter egg "hunt"... I say "hunt" because babies don't really hunt for eggs. Eggs were placed all over the floor and the babies were let loose to collect as many as they desired. What a sight!

Most of the babies were walking or crawling - really only Jonathan and one other boy weren't mobile. It was fun to see the various personalities come out - we had a thief and a glutton (both being our ministers' kids). Jonathan, as usual, just took it all in. He did have fun playing with the plastic eggs and watching all the commotion. It was a fun first egg hunt...and I know they will only get better over the years!
